This is the shared opinion of Todor Dimitrov. An ultramarathoner well known in Bulgaria and on the international podium:
Biofresh Active Repair Foot Cream is an important part of my preparation and participation in ultramarathons, especially those lasting more than a day. My skin is delicate and without prior preparation and maintenance, I have problems with pimples on my feet or chafing. About 2 weeks before a big competition or prolonged exercise, I start applying the cream in the evening before going to bed. The skin gradually softens and acquires natural elasticity, which is important for successful and trouble-free overcoming of running or walking long distances. In certain situations, especially when there is prolonged rain, I also use the healing ointments during competitions.
Over the years, Biofresh sports series products have helped me successfully complete some of the most challenging ultramarathons in the world such as: 3100 miles (5000 km) in the USA, several 6 and 10 day races, a number of 24 and 48 hour races, also the Mt. races such as the two tours of Mont Blanc PTL-UTMB (300km) and UTMB, as well as Crossing Switzerland (400km) and others. With them, it was important to keep the skin of the feet in good condition, such as the challenging ultra-marathon of 5000 km in the States.
There, apart from the concrete surface I was running on, another difficulty was the continuous rain for the first 10 days and the subsequent heat reaching 43 degrees for the remaining 40 days of the race, combined with high humidity. One of the most memorable performances was the 6 days of running by Lake Balaton in Hungary, where I ran 707 km and had absolutely no problems with my feet. The foot repair cream also helped me to successfully complete the Kom – Emine route (about 600km) with two teenagers who had never covered more than 20km in their lives.
